• 負責於三聯書店,中華書局,商務印書館門市銷售工作
• 協助顧客查詢
• 執貨及拆貨
• 貨品陳列及整理書架
• 中五/中學 文憑試或以上程度
• 具一年或以上零售銷售經驗者優先考慮
• 可立即上班者優先
• 經驗較資深者可被考慮為書店店員職位
上午10時45分至下午9時,每天工作8.5小時 (輪休,返四日休息一日)
• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Wechat, Youtube, etc.
• Handle & manage regular social media contents and posting
• Plan & execute marketing and promotional events for bookstores
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Measure the performance of all implemented marketing campaigns
• Assist in ad hoc projects and other marketing support
• Degree holder in marketing / digital marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 years of working experience in marketing or digital marketing field
• Familiar with video editing and illustrator is an advantage
• Proactive, independent, customer service-oriented and possess good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
• Ability to handle multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Social media marketing skills for cultural/gifts products, e.g., create posts.
• Prepare offline and online promotion materials such as press release, POPs and etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for promotion / workshop implementation.
• Store visit required
• Store VMD support required.
• Ad-hoc project as assigned.
• Degree holder with minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge in video-making or Photoshop is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, with good communication skills.
• Responsible for vendor sourcing for book and non-book products including books, cultural products, stationery, etc.
• Liaison with vendors and follow up for ordering processing.
• Maintain accuracy of content on a daily basis through CMS to ensure content updates.
• Work as a relation manager to assist vendors operating online shops in our platform and maintain good relationship with vendors.
• Assist to provide and implement marketing campaigns for vendors in our platform.
• Work and communicate closely with marketing and logistic team for ensuring campaigns running smoothly.
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 3 year working experience in merchandising and marketing
• Familiar with book or non-book products
• Experience in retail business is an advantage
• Good command in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Familiar with PC operation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing)
• Handle customer's enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails.
• Resolve possible customer complaints efficiently and effectively by liaising with retail outlets, internal departments as well as external parties.
• Administrative and marketing support of daily routine
• Handle assigned ad hoc projects.
• College graduate
• 1 - 2 years working experience in customer service
• Experience in retail business is an advantage
• Good command in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Familiar with PC operation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing)
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner, interpersonal skills and serving attitude
• Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
